To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, petir108's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
petir108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if petir108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
